Utricularia parthenopipes

A beautiful and showy Utricularia species from Brazil. U. parthenopipes is a great addition to your bog garden that adds tiny orchid-like flowers to the mix. The plant itself is almost invisible, the tiny stolons resemble moss so many people would argue that you have an empty pot unless this plant is in bloom! Because of it’s low foliage is a great companion plant for Drosera or other bog plants, it also makes a beautiful display for terrariums. The flowers are gorgeous and tiny, mostly white with some purple stripes and a yellow center.
