Nice enough for the lake, nothing special cept for the employees are top notch. Haven't tried the food but noticed nice bar area with big screen. And fishing bait for anglers

I've been to Hoppy's restaurant several times, and I've always had great service, and the foods been good. I will definitely be going back.

Staff was quick and food was good. It was great to see Hoppy's hopping tonight!! I also appreciated our server, Alanna for being so pleasant. We enjoy eating here and getting back out on the water so quickly. We will be back!

Ate on deck last time was delicious and my take out today even better. Last time I didn't ask and didn't know so I got the catfish for lunch without bread. Had cheese on it, which was good. Today ordered catfish plate(?) with tots. Oh man!!! Plenty of condiments and napkins!!! Meal was great both times. Will be back again!!!! Thank you!!!

All of these 1 star reviews are 100% the truth. I'm giving 2 stars because we eventually got out on the water and made the most of it.
We were given a boat that was covered in spiders and the gas gauge was broken. After reading all of these reviews, we decided it was best to stop at every gas station we saw. (Filled up 3 times just to be sure) We made it all the way to Party Cove, but had to turn around quickly to make it back in time.
The boat had trouble starting a few times. It provided some good laughs. The owner does not care about providing any kind of quality service. They discounted our rental. We tried calling several other rental companies once we saw the boat, but all were sold out.
I felt bad for the guy that works the dock as he clearly dealt with upset customers every single day.
I cannot recommend this place, it is definitely a case of getting what you pay for.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Hayden B.Bowling Green, KY094May 20, 2019
Ate lunch here yesterday afternoon. I had the fish and chips (3 large pieces of catfish) and my wife had the 1/4 lb bacon cheeseburger. Food came out in around 10 minutes (which was good because we had our kids with us and they had already eaten.). With my wife's order of fries the total was around $20 plus tip. Seemed reasonable enough for what it was. They had beer on draft which I will happily enjoy next time around.

What a shame to spend so much money on a new restaurant and shop and have such pitiful food. No one should ever come here to eat. The worst $30 I've ever spent on food. We had a salad, cheeseburger, chips, and a beer. Service was good but the food at our table of 7 was inedible. And, their pizza oven is broken but almost half their menu is pizza.

Rented a pontoon boat with a group of friends yesterday (5/14/16), and while out on the water, we noticed we couldn't find an anchor when we wanted to stop. We ended up floating most of the time and having to readjust every so often. Not a big deal. But when we arrived back at the dock and I asked about the anchor, the dock guy insisted there was an anchor on the boat when we left. He pointed to a rope that looked like it had been cut with a knife. He then charged an extra $30 to my friend's credit card. Never did the guy walk us through a checklist of the boat other than pointing to the pile of life jackets. None of us thought to look for an anchor until we got out on the water. After pleading with the office, they said they would refund the charge, but they said it wouldn't be for a few days. I'll update this review if/when they do.

After reading recent reviews I was very hesitant about eating here, but great view, great atmosphere, and good food at good prices!
