The fine screen series filter is a new product designed and developed by our company with reference to the advanced technology of the United States, Sweden, Germany and other Western countries, combined with my country's national conditions and the actual situation of domestic industrial wastewater.
This product can be used as pretreatment equipment for the TOPZG PE pipeline series filters and TPR-a and TPR B series horizontal decanter centrifuges produced by our company to filter solids in wastewater. Together with the above two units, it forms a complete wastewater treatment system.
In order to meet users' needs for various types of wastewater treatment, this series of products includes TPR-a-reverse-cut unidirectional flow rotary fine screen, TPR-b-bi-directional flow rotary fine screen, and TPR-b-gravity gravity fine screen. The three varieties are divided into categories I to VII based on yield.
This series of products is divided into Type A and Type B according to the wastewater and media treated. Type F is the corrosion-resistant type, and type C is the ordinary type.

2. Classic application industries of micro-drum filter:
(1). Papermaking wastewater treatment: fiber recovery and solid removal.
(2). Tannery wastewater treatment: removal of fur, feathers, fat and other solids.
(3). Slaughterhouse wastewater treatment: removal of fur and feathers, fat, feces and other solids.
(4). Domestic sewage treatment: removal of domestic waste.
(5). Alcohol and/or starch factory wastewater treatment: Removal of fiber, peels/husks and other wastes.
(6). Pharmaceutical and/or sugar factory wastewater treatment: removal of waste residue, peels/husks, etc.
(7). Beer wastewater treatment: remove malt, soybean hulls and other solid substances.
(8). Livestock and poultry farm wastewater treatment: treatment of livestock and poultry feathers, feces and other wastes.
(9). Fish processing and meat packing plant wastewater treatment: removal of offal, fish scales, minced meat, fat and other solids.
(10). Treat wastewater from chemical fiber, textile, chemical industry, plastic processing, electric power, metallurgy and other related industries as well as hotel wastewater.
