For Delica L300 with 4D56
This Installation will show how to wire a turbo timer to the ignition
Tools & Parts
- Turbo Timer (Rebranded HKS)
- Long Philips Screwdriver
- Solderless Connectors/Quick Splices
- Zip Ties
Instructions:
1. Remove the upper and lower steering column covers by unscrewing the Philips head screws on the bottom clam-shell to expose the lock cylinder.
- Be careful as the interior temp sensor is permanently wired to the lower cover shown below in blue
2. The back of the lock cylinder is now exposed and has the following pin-out:
3. Wire the Turbo Timer as shown below using quick splices.
4. Positive power can be taken from the fuse box
5. Remove the parking brake cover, screws marked in red
6. Tap into the wire coming from the parking brake switch using a quick splice shown below:
