In Vanuatu, musicians have taken reggae and blended it with their own customs to create a unique sound.
But it's not easy to make a living as a musician, which is why artists and fans are celebrating the return of one of the country's biggest community-organised reggae festivals — Reggae Massive on Efate island.
The festival had been postponed due to cyclones Judy and Kevin, so organisers were keen to give people a night they would not forget.
