Waste of money! Asked seller to delay shipment due to weather, they agreed but shipped anyway. Plants froze and died. I sent pictures of the anubiaslosing leaves, and they did not reply. When i told them the plants died they replied they were green in pics. They wanted more pictures but the plants had fallen apart. Item i got not close to pictures. Seller abandoned communication when asked for a refund. I rarely have issues with plant distributors on eBay but this one is not professional.

This seller- should never be able to sell on eBay!!!They sent wrong items and would not take responsibility for the wrong items sent. After I contacted eBay- finally the seller agreed to my return. With confirmation of all 3 items delivered… the seller LIED and contacted eBay that I only sent 2 of the 3 bags of sand back! The weight is clearly on the packages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH shore-thing- because it’s not a sure thing!!!

BUYERS BEWRARE this dishonest seller, finally shipped my item 7 days paying and only after I msg them telling them ship today or cancel and refund me...so a label was printed and told me it will ship that day...then waited 4 days before actually shipping it...and only shipped because I told them will involve eBay to get refund, more messages were sent to this seller with absolutely no response at all, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM A DIFFERENT SELLER EVEN IF IT COST A FEW DOLLARS MORE
