This listing is for ONE personalized hat with your choice of size, text color, and font style. Hat is personalized on one side only and is also available without personalization/text.

Text is applied with heat transfer vinyl (not embroidered). Sample hats are in Font 2 and in old gold glitter text. Text size will vary depending on your hat size, font style, and the number and type of characters.

Adult size is approximately 15.5" height (excluding the pom pom) x 26" hat circumference and is a loose fit on most adults.

Teen/young adult (T/YA) size is approximately 13.5" height (excluding the pom pom) x 22" hat circumference. T/YA size is NOT recommended for newborns and will be a loose fit on toddlers and young children.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Spot clean only. Do not iron over the applied design.

HOW TO ORDER:

1) Choose a hat size.

2) Choose a text color* (refer to the attached glitter chart).

3) For the personalized option, provide your name and font style (keep name under 10 characters; no special characters). If not specified, the default font is Font 2.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:

Please DO NOT provide a USPS PO box address. Packages may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at shop's discretion.

AT OUR DISCRETION, SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER $100. If so, please be available to sign for the package delivery or arrange for pick up at your local office.

If the package is unclaimed or returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

We can accommodate requests for your own design or logo that you personally own or represent. For logo inquiries, please send us a message with the following details for review and an accurate quotation:

Most custom design requests will require a minimum quantity.

We ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the address, please let us know so the order can be canceled/refunded and resubmitted with the correct address. This is for sales tax purposes and to ensure accurate delivery.

If an order is returned to sender for any reason, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

For production time (time needed to make the order) and shipping time, refer to the individual listing. Our production time is Monday to Friday and does not include weekends and holidays. Orders with unclear personalization or orders that request proofs may require extended processing.

Most products are shipped via USPS First Class. Expedited shipping options are available on check out for an additional fee.
