Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  7 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 6.5 - 7.19999980926514; dH range: 12, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Guinea and Sierra Leone. Also known from the upper Niger and its affluents in Guinea (Ref. 7372). Liberia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in pools and small streams in the savanna (Ref. 3788). 7 cm SL (Ref. 7372). Not a seasonal killifish; difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
