Bill Homann, the current caretaker of The Mitchell-Hedges skull, also known as The Skull of Doom, on Monday, July 24, 2023, in Indiana. Homann inherited the skull from wife Anna Mitchell-Hedges, the adopted daughter of British adventurer and author F.A. Mitchell-Hedges, who claimed to have found the skull in while exploring Lubaantun with her father in 1924.
