Over een dikke maand is het zover: Team FRED zal meedoen aan de Alpe D'HuZes! FRED Developers is momenteel in training en zal dit jaar met maar liefst twee(!) teams deelnemen op 6 juni om de Alpe d'Huez zo vaak mogelijk te beklimmen en zich volledig in te zetten voor het goede doel. SENS OP WERKBEZOEK IN ROTTERDAM Op donderdag 18 april jl. was team SENS op projectbezoek in Rotterdam. Door Stebru werden wij ontvangen op de bouwplaats van het project Downtown Apartments. Na het bezoek aan Downtown gingen we te voet verder naar de Kop van Zuid. Hier zijn we ontvangen door de Gemeente Rotterdam en Barcode Architects waar zij ons meenamen in de gebiedsontwikkeling aan de Rijnhaven. Deze middag hebben we afgesloten met een overheerlijk Marokkaans diner bij restaurant Safir in Rotterdam. SENS real estate BV, meer stad meer leven!

Proost! 🥂 We hebben de selectie gewonnen voor het ontwerpen van 153 woningen op het terrein van de voormalige Glasfabriek in Schiedam! Dit gebied transformeert de komende jaren naar een levendige woon-werkomgeving onder leiding van Blauwhoed en Dudok Real Estate en naar het stedenbouwkundige plan van Barcode Architects en DELVA Landscape Architecture | Urbanism. Binnen dit project zullen we sociale huurwoningen en betaalbare koopwoningen realiseren langs de grens van het plan en langs de bestaande contouren van de Rotterdamsedijk. THE CONSTRUCTION CAN START! #Buildingpermit! #Bouwvergunning! #Baugenehmigung! #Permisdeconstruire! #!رخصة بناء   We are very proud to announce that the project Nijmegen Metterswane can start construction! This characteristic new Barcode Architects design sets a new inviting ambition for the station area of the Gemeente Nijmegen. The mix-use 35.000m2 project contains a supermarket, restaurant, offices and a large variety of different housing types. The stepped tower will transform the station area in a lively neighbourhood and welcomes everybody that enters the city by train and bus. The building has a typical volume built-up that reacts to the different specific site conditions in the station area. Together with the pop venue Doornroosje and the Nimbus tower, the new design completes the skyline around the central station square and sets a new orientation point for this main public transport hub.   Dirk Peters: Railway station areas are the future most important entrances of our #sustainablecities. We need #betterbuildings to turn these transforming areas into attractive places to live, work, meet and stay. Great milestone achieved! Our project #Imagine in Rotterdam has reached its highest point! It has been an honour to celebrate this special 'pannenbier' moment together with a.o. alderwoman of Rotterdam Chantal Zeegers, Wilco van den Ban MRICS, Rene Tim and Henk Dilweg. Dirk Peters: "It's fantastic to see this Barcode Architects project being built in these challenging times and within the given budgets. I therefore want to make special compliments to the teams involved of #AM, #BAM and #Heijmans and to all the people involved who made this happen! Further special thanks to the City of Rotterdam for the great collaboration during the whole process."   #Imagine is a striking design that embraces the distinctive identities of both the Parkstad neighbourhood and the new Feyenoord #waterfrontdevelopment along the Maas. The 37.000m2 project contains 295 apartments, retail units and a large lifted inner garden with views over the river. The final completion of the project is scheduled for 2024.
