FRP winding machine structure

Winding machine is mainly composed of three parts. One is the spindle system, driven by the spindle motor.

The output structure of different winding machine is different to drive different product core mold. The second

is the trolley system, by the trolley motor to drag the trolley on the bed along the axis so that the guide wire head

for linear reciprocating motion. The two move at the same time according to a certain speed ratio to complete

the fiber winding on the core mold, to meet the technical requirements of the product. Three is the control system,

microcomputer control system through the setting of parameters, complete the automatic control of the whole

production process.

Winding rule

  • Circumferential winding: namely, winding along the circumferential direction of the core mold. When winding,
  • the core mold rotates uniformly around its own axis, and the guide wire moves in the range parallel to the axis. At
  • each rotation of the core die, the wire guide head moves one width of the yarn sheet, and then circulates until the
  • yarn sheet covers the surface of the core die barrel body. The characteristic of circumferential winding is that the
  • winding can only be carried out in the cylinder, not the head. The adjacent yarns are connected but not intersected,
  • and the winding Angle is between 5° and 15°.
  • Cross winding: the core mold rotates uniformly around its own axis, and the guide wire reciprocates along the
  • axis according to a certain speed ratio. As a result, the cylinder body of the core mold and the head of the head
  • are realized cross winding. The winding Angle is generally 45°~85°. The characteristic of cross winding is that each
  • fiber corresponds to a tangent point on the circumference of the polar hole, adjacent yarns in the same direction
  • are connected but do not intersect, and fibers in different directions are intersected. Thus, when the fibers are
  • evenly wrapped around the core surface, a double layer is actually formed.
  • Speed ratio requirements: according to the law of winding, there is a strict speed ratio relationship between
  • the rotationof the core die and the round trip times of the guide wire. In the process of winding, whether the
  • winding of the cylinder,or the stop and start of the end of the head, the above speed ratio relationship should
  • be kept strictly unchanged, so that the FRP products produced are qualified.

System composition

Content

The car motor adopts AC servo, and the control system gives the corresponding pulse frequency control signal according to the specific requirements of working conditions. The control system is a follow - up control

system, car position control.

FRP winding pipe characteristics

(1) Corrosion resistance: chemical inert material, excellent corrosion resistance, and can choose different corrosion resistant pipelines according to the transmission medium.
