Anubias Hastifolia Characteristics
The Anubias Hastifolia plant is a large species of Anubias from the rain forests of West Africa, where it is found in shady sandbars.
Anubias is a genus of flowering plants, aquatic and semi-aquatic plants belonging to the Araceae family, native to central and western tropical Africa. They grow mainly in rivers and streams, but can also be found in swamps.
It can be kept in both emerged and submerged, making it an excellent choice for aquariums, paludaries and terrariums alike.
When dealing with Anubias we are facing one of the most representative genres of Aquascaping, especially for the most initiated, due to its resistance, adaptability and slow growth, undoubtedly an indispensable genre for our Aquariums.

They are species that are characterized by not growing much. They are ideal to train your Aquarius and they perform well in any medium. They grow between about 6cm and 40cm Tall. They are a genus that belongs to the family of Spiders, originating in tropical Africa, specifically from the areas of Senegal, Angola and Zaire. In the natural state they can be found growing on the edge of rivers, with their roots between the rocks and the remains of logs. All these characteristics make them an indispensable for any lover of Aquascaping.
All the Anubias They develop best on hard surfaces, attached to different types of wood or rock with fishing line or the like. Not used to being planted in fine media such as sand, the rhizome has to be exposed.
