Characteristics of Anubias Heterophylla "Undulata"
The Anubias Heterophylla plant is a medium-sized Anubia from the rain forests of Central Africa (Cameroon, Congo, Angola). There it grows in rocky terrain at the edges of shady streams, and can also be found submerged.
Anubias Heterophylla is an easy, robust, slow-growing aquarium plant. Grown under water, its overall size remains smaller than that of the land plant. Medium lighting is recommended. It can be attached to the Hardscape and also to the ground, as long as the rhizome is not buried. This Anubia also grows easily as an emerged plant in humid conditions with humid air.
In small aquariums, Anubias Heterophylla can be planted at the bottom, otherwise it should be better placed in the middle.
