Didiplis Diandra Characteristics
Known as Didiplis Diandra, it is native to the eastern United States, where it can be found at the edges of ponds, lakes, and in slow-flowing bodies of water. When kept in optimal condition, it forms small pink pods at its knots. Its one-of-a-kind fine foliage makes it a very popular and fairly widespread aquarium plant.
In general, it is very easy to maintain, however it has some requirements that must be met to make sure it grows well. Must have enough light, low Light, the lower parts of this plant tend to die and rot. However, keep in mind that under more intense light, the plant will also need more iron and micronutrients. Pale, discolored leaves are a common sign that Didiplis Diandra suffers from an iron deficiency.
