LAUNCHING to coincide with Haute Couture Week, Sergio Rossi has collaborated with Puma - to the delight of weary fashionistas - to create a shoe that ticks the style and substance boxes, answering that pressing concern: How can you combine comfort and design for a week-long fashion marathon? The two resulting designs - the classic Clyde sneaker and its high-heeled counterpart, the Chic-Sneak - come in brightly coloured satins and combine "the sport-fashion design of Puma with the all-important sex appeal that is unmistakably Sergio Rossi". A limited edition version of the Chic-Sneak will be released in vibrant "Colette blue" to mark the collaboration between the two shoe giants and Parisian fashion destination Colette, which will stock the range exclusively. Only 12 of these will be made and each will bear a number to certify its exclusivity. Watch out for them on the chicest of the week's front rows.
