A raw, uncooked Black Bream, Spondyliosoma cantharus, that has been prepared to be cooked in a halogen oven. It has been placed on a bed of sliced potato with garlic cloves and lemon wedges. Lemon slices have also been placed in slits in the fish and fresh rosemary under the fish. Olive oil will be poured over before going in the oven.
